What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a VP of Sales who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a high-impact, leadership role where you’ll work directly with the founders to scale revenue, build and lead a world-class sales team, and drive our go-to-market strategy.

You’ve done this before—taking a company from ~$5M to $15M to $20M ARR—and you’re ready to do it again, potentially growing into a CRO role. You know what it takes to build and execute a winning sales playbook, but you’re also hands-on, willing to carry a bag and close deals yourself when needed. You have a bias for action, a deep sense of humility, and a passion for building something meaningful.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, hire and mentor a team, optimize our sales processes, and make a massive impact on the company’s trajectory.
