Mission alignment: You believe in our vision and care deeply about helping people achieve more by communicating better
Cross-organizational technical leadership: You'll drive large initiatives as a Principal Engineer, architecting and implementing robust full-stack solutions while establishing technical standards across our engineering organization
Backend-focused full-stack expertise: You have deep knowledge of scalable web applications with particular strength in backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
Customer-centric workflow design: You champion workflows that put users first, translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions that deliver exceptional communication coaching experiences
Standards and excellence: You set the bar high for API design, code quality, and technical practices—mentoring others and elevating engineering standards across the organization
This role is hybrid with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office - you'll need to be based in the Greater Seattle Area.
