Yoodli is your private communication coach. Our dream is to help people around the world improve their communication skills without feeling judged. We’ve raised $7M+ in seed funding from leading investors such as Madrona, AI2, Cercano and other industry experts. Our work has been featured in outlets including WSJ, Inc., and Geekwire. We recently announced a partnership with Toastmasters International to bring AI powered speech coaching to 300k+ members globally. We’re a mission focused and fast growing startup based out of the Allen AI Institute in Seattle. The team includes alumni from GoogleX, Apple, Intuit among others. The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead who thrives as a generalist — someone who can move fluidly between storytelling, campaign execution, and brand building. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that elevate Yoodli’s visibility, strengthen our brand, and drive engagement across audiences.
You’ll design and run integrated campaigns, manage digital touchpoints like landing pages, gated content, as well as help expand our reach through long form content, customer testimonials, and media relations. This is an opportunity to shape how the world experiences Yoodli, across every channel and the story we tell.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Content & Storytelling: Create compelling copy and assets across email, social, blog, and web that bring Yoodli’s mission and product to life.
- Customer Stories: Capture and share customer success stories, testimonials, and use cases that highlight Yoodli’s real-world impact.
- Landing Pages & Web: Build and optimize landing pages that convert visitors into engaged users and leads.
- Media & PR: Support media outreach, press opportunities, and partnership storytelling to strengthen Yoodli’s brand presence.
- Digital Events: Coordinate webinars, workshops, and customer partnerships that expand Yoodli’s reach and credibility.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign and content performance, report insights, and iterate based on data-driven learnings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally within startups, SaaS, or tech.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for brand voice and narrative consistency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects end to end.
- Familiarity with common marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Asana, etc.).
- A proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
