What you’ll do:

As the Head of Security & Compliance you’ll lead Yoodli’s efforts to build and scale world-class security, privacy, and compliance programs. You’ll be both a strategic leader and hands-on operator - equally comfortable in front of customers as you are running audits or implementing new controls.

You’ll ensure Yoodli continues to meet the highest standards of trust as we grow with enterprise customers, while designing pragmatic risk management systems.

• Own and maintain Yoodli’s compliance programs, including SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, and eventually ISO 27001
• Design and implement risk-based controls tailored to our environment and risks
• Represent Yoodli on customer and partner calls, building trust and confidence in our security posture
• Oversee internal IT operations, including MDM, EDR, access management, and lightweight IT governance
• Lead employee training and awareness programs focused on security, privacy, and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to embed compliance and security into everyday operations

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, security, or IT governance roles (ideally at a SaaS startup)
• Strong working knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence - you’re confident leading enterprise conversations
• Meticulous, reliable, and pragmatic, you’re able to balance security rigor with operational flexibility
• Hands-on experience with MDMs, EDRs, and access management tools
