Who We Are

Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. We’re building a new category: AI Roleplays, an experiential learning platform that helps people improve through lifelike simulations powered by generative AI.

Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. Whether it’s a sales pitch, manager feedback session, or media interview, Yoodli provides private, judgment-free, just-in-time coaching. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Toastmasters, and BDO use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers. The result is stronger performance, greater team readiness, and a more scalable path to impact.

We’ve raised over $60M, are doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.

The Role

We’re hiring a Partner & Business Development Leader to design, prove, and scale Yoodli’s partner-led growth.

This is not a traditional channel or program management role. It is a hands-on, individual contributing, BD-first role for someone who believes partner strategy should be earned through real market wins - not defined in a vacuum.

You will personally execute early partner deals, establish what actually works, and then codify those wins into lightweight, durable partner motions. You’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners create leverage - not drag.

A core part of this role is making the right prioritization decisions: deciding where to focus, what to sequence, and what not to pursue - based on evidence, not theory.

What You’ll Do

How to Read This Role

Yoodli has multiple partner and distribution opportunities in front of us - and not all of them should be pursued at once.

You will be expected to place smart bets, prove them in-market, and double down where signal exists, rather than running every possible partner motion in parallel. Success in this role comes from focus, judgment, and execution - not activity volume.
