Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. We’re building a new category: AI Roleplays, an experiential learning platform that helps people improve through lifelike simulations powered by generative AI.

Think of it as the batting cage before the big game – but for communication. The Role: First Recruiter at Yoodli

We’re hiring our first full-time recruiter to help scale Yoodli’s team across both GTM and Engineering roles. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the founders, you’ll be a cornerstone in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent during a phase of rapid growth.

This role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on recruiting operations. You’ll own the candidate journey end-to-end—from identifying prospects to ensuring every candidate has a thoughtful, delightful experience with Yoodli. You’ll also be a steward of our culture, screening for values alignment while helping us build a diverse, world-class team.

What You’ll Do

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building
  • Actively source top GTM and Engineering talent across channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates.
• Recruiting Operations
  • Coordinate interview loops, manage scheduling, and streamline communication across candidates and interviewers.
  • Ensure hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently with minimal friction for candidates and the team.
• Culture & Fit Screening
  • Lead initial candidate conversations with an emphasis on values alignment and cultural contribution.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Yoodli, telling our story authentically and compellingly.
• Candidate Experience
  • Create a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer close.
  • Provide timely communication, thoughtful follow-ups, and transparency throughout the process.
• Partnership with Leadership
  • Work closely with hiring managers to scope roles, write job descriptions, and calibrate on profiles.
  • Share market insights, feedback, and recommendations to refine hiring strategy.
